Our Process

Step 1:

Digital measurement

By using our Prodim Proliner digital scanner, we are able to get the most accurate dimensions of your boat.

Step 2:

Computer Aided Design

CAD is where we design your custom SeaDek kit. This is where we are able to customize your boat by adding unique designs and logos of your choosing.

Step 3:

Production

After the CAD programming is complete and you approve the design work, we take your design to the CNC router to produce your custom SeaDek kit.

Step 4:

Installation

Once your SeaDek kit is through production, we com to you and install it!

The whole process should take 6-8 weeks from measuring your boat to installation.

  • Use mild soap, water, and a soft-bristle brush. Avoid harsh chemicals or power washers. We’ll give you care tips after installation!
